Chintan Upadpyay was born in India in 1972. He obtained MFA in Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU Baroda, Gujarat, India. He is the founder of Artist initiative ‘Sandarbh’. Sandarbh is a non-profitable artists run orgnisation work in rural area.
